Our experienced Management Team are directly responsible for managing various day-to-day operations of the business relevant to their role. Our management team is well supported by a team of dedicated receptionists who will help with our patients daily needs relating to their visits to our practice.

Our Team consists of:

Heather Farlow – CEO/Director
Heather has extensive knowledge in all aspects of Practice Management with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Heather is a member of the NSW/ACT AAPM State Committee and an accreditation surveyor for QPA Accreditation. She has achieved several awards within the industry due to her role and use of her strong management skills. She  also successfully manages and runs our Clinical Trials team within East Sydney Doctors.

Val Carrasco – Practice Manager
Val has been with us for over 17 years, beginning in the role of receptionist, and more recently stepping into the role of Practice Manager for both our sites. Val is well versed on the requirements of what is needed to run a successful practice and is very supportive to her team.
